Contact Frigidaire B2B

Send your appliance sourcing brief to the OEM/ODM team.

We respond with a practical next step: matching SKUs, certification scope, sample timing, packaging needs and indicative production path. The more context you provide at the first message, the faster our team can separate ready platforms from programs that need tooling, electrical adaptation or a longer certification calendar.

Program Desk

Frigidaire OEM/ODM Appliance Center
Global sourcing coordination for retail and distributor buyers. The desk routes refrigerator, dishwasher, water treatment, laundry, climate and cooking requests to the right product manager, then checks whether the inquiry needs engineering, packaging, compliance or logistics input before a quote is prepared.

Email & Phone

24-hour RFQ intake window. Email is best for first contact because appliance programs often include voltage, label, carton, filter, spare-part and market-access details that need to be documented clearly before a commercial response is issued.

Urgent shipment issues handled by program managers. For active accounts, the same team can coordinate sample status, artwork approval, test evidence, carton marks and order readiness so buyers are not forced to restart the conversation with every department.

What to Include in Your RFQ

Tell us the product family, target market, expected volume, certification scope, voltage, packaging style and launch timing. If you already have competitor references or a retailer brief, mention them in the note so the Frigidaire team can identify the closest platform quickly. For refrigerators and freezers, useful details include cabinet format, capacity band, refrigerant expectation, energy-label target and door configuration. For dishwashers, note installation style, noise target, control panel language and stainless or plastic tub preference. For water treatment, share filter life, cartridge format, NSF path and destination water-contact rules.

We also recommend stating whether the program is a one-time opportunity, a seasonal retail range, a distributor portfolio or a long-term private-label launch. Those distinctions change MOQ planning, sample sequence, spare-part reserves, packaging priorities and how much documentation should be prepared before the first commercial shipment.
